Title: another suspension thread
Post by: SarahD on 07 April 2005, 16:32
i just wondered what suspension youve all got, and how well it handles? mine goes round corners really well but i wanna know if a front and rear strut brace will help any? and is there anything else i can do bar coilovers, cos i cant afford em just yet, ive got  :-

spax adjustables (85mm drop)
spax springs
powerflex polybushes

its like a go kart but wanted to know if can do anything else, the back end twitches a bit at bends around 75ish, is fine upto there though

front upper is useful. front lower & rear upper aint so useful more just pleasing to the eye.

Eibach anti roll bars is what you really want though. these will make an unbelievable difference to the handling of the car. bit pricey though at £230 but i cant speak highly enough of them

yeah but you have std ARB's

Eibach ones are thicker and more stiffer. give the car better turn in, and make it feel more composed thru high speed corners. basically you point and the car will go that way!

which will get rid of your high speed twitchy ass
