just having a play around with the car the other day , and decided to try and jazz up my grill, and boot badges.after stripping out the badges from the front bumper, and the tailgate,un- clip center of the badge,spray paint rear panal of the badge ( red to match the car ) thought of other colours,but went with red !! then carbon fibre the vw badge itself,rear badge the same,just sprayed the badge,then place carbon sheet over, and cut to the vw style logo .here are a few pics ,what you all think ??? be gentle lol deano(http://i936.photobucket.com/albums/ad204/scuffbomb/IMAG0374.jpg)(http://i936.photobucket.com/albums/ad204/scuffbomb/IMAG0377.jpg)(http://i936.photobucket.com/albums/ad204/scuffbomb/3520e7d5.jpg)(http://i936.photobucket.com/albums/ad204/scuffbomb/2ea20cbb.jpg)(http://i936.photobucket.com/albums/ad204/scuffbomb/6342fe49.jpg)(http://i936.photobucket.com/albums/ad204/scuffbomb/IMAG0378.jpg) i like it, and at certain angles its looks like a 3d effect with the red behind !! :smiley:

yes you are right lads !!!!! i had a good look at it today ,and thought the same !! :cry: i will strip it back out,possibly by the new shape one (raised vw logo ) and keep it original . thanks guys :wink:

i think it looks good on your car.
my dads got the same on his car but his car is blue.

Alright sam !!!! Yes bud I think it looks good !! The boot lid is growing on me now !! Plus plenty of people have noticed it , and said it looks good , and different !!!! :smiley:
