Hi people,do any of you know where I can get a free website?
Currently setting up my own painting/decorating business and want a site where I can advertise it a little and add a website to my business cards/flyers/adverts etc.
I don't need anything to complex just yet, just something simple to add contact details, pics and some information like feedback forms, quote pages, email.
Any help would be much appreciated, thanks in advance

I used this site to create mine
http://www.wix.com/
Loads for free templates to get you started & very easy to use
Created this in an hour or so & was my first ever attempt at web building
http://www.lcautoservices.co.uk/
I ended up buying the Domain name www.lcautoservices.co.uk & linked the site I created to that name as it looks more profesional when its on the side of your vehicle
-
Yeah, that looks like it was free.
-
Not bad for a first attempt
-
you have got a typo it says carfully not carefully :)
looks good though

looks good for a free website mate!
i ended up signing up to moonfruit, will be sorting out a domain name for it seperately, who did you buy your domain from?
will post up my site when it's finished
-
I bought the Domain name from here
http://www.names.co.uk/
It was a tiny bit more expensive than some but included an email address that looked better than a hotmail.co.uk one
-
thanks mate, ended up going with moonfruits own domain name purchase, was £10.99 for 2 years with 5 free e-mail addresses :) site is looking good, just a little more work and i will post it up when i'm happy with it :nerd:
