Title: Hello all + a few piccies

I have been lurking on here for the past month or so reading up on the Mk VI GTi. So after finally selling my Z4 Coupe in the UK I decided to pick up a GTi which represents much better value here in Germany (and when converting my few pounds) relative to BMWs. Interesting going back to front wheel drive and a four pot after my last two cars which were 3.0litre straight sixes and rear wheel drive, although saying that I am pretty impressed with the GTi and in particular the flexibility of the engine.

Summary spec:
- August '10
- 13,300km
- Monza 18"
- Winter pack
- Rear Sun protection windows
- RCD510
- Multi-function steering wheel

Can't access your pictures yet as I am on my RIM phone especially as I am very much into RIM PROTECTION. :grin:

Thanks both. Looking forward to some fun motoring miles, up until now I have been pottering around in my other half's diesel Focus estate....nothing against diesels, but they're just not for me.
