the bio-hazard can be a corner image and the carbon fibre is the background of the card. dont want no white bits (if you know what i mean)
PM me for my details.
Thank you!

biz card needs to be 300gsm. you can have matt laminate with spot UV as optional extra's to give it extra punch on the carbon fiber effect. the spot UV would make the water droplets look wet.

have a look at moo.com
they will certainly offer the weight you are after but not sure about the print finishes suggested, which would cost extra anyway
you could always get a sample of the cards to see how they meet with your expectations

I have used them for my business cards and will use them again.
I also find leaving plenty of whitespace useful.

Got my cards back from these guys and they are excellent quality and cost effective, £25 for 500. I will be using them again for sure.

Agree with the above. Quality is great - you get what you pay for with printing.
Try fullcolourcards.co.uk as well. Just got 500 cards printed with a spot uv coating for £45
Moo on the other hand - in my experience the quality is sh!t.

well rang my local guy who does all this stuff. and he said for a thousand cards its £50 and if i want both sides printed then its £10 extra so im going to get double side printed for 1000 il be paying £60 in total and he also said dont bother with spot uv as that will cost me £100 on top (£160) so im happy with that will get a few samples from him.
Thanks for all your help guys.

£100 extra for spot uv? Mugging you off mate. However the other price sounds ok
