Title: normal bulb blows on driver side, and hid ballst fails on passenger side?

Right my mk3 people i need help with the title :shocked:

mk3 96 gti 16v

havent got a clue whats wrong :| can someone please advice whats going on with my wiring??


i got set of angel eyes on the car 2

check you wiring and people wont be saying nice things about running HID's  :rolleyes:

Not a clue about the wiring but the easiest way to deal with it is to remove the angel eyes and throw them in the bin :wink:

Here's some step by step instructions:

1. Take HIDs
2. Put in bin
3. Take Angel eyes
4. Put in bin
5. Reinstall standard headlamps
6. Marvel as people stop wanting to kill you for blinding them.

Should you wish to ignore the above advice, please go to 7.

7. See if your dim-dip resistor is still connected, and check your polarities
