Title: guess what courtesy car i was given when my mk3 golf got written off!

As above. what would you expect to be given. non fault accident with other party admitting liability and i had a witness.

Also what do you think i got offered as a settlement figure for my p reg mk3 golf with 196000 miles on it?

depending on the company the claim went through id say a 1.2 corsa or a 2.0d golf

How much do tankers weigh. A lot of scrap value, they do take a while to break though

mate it's fierce! 520nm of torque and 250bhp. such a nice place to be aswell.

Best thing is the inflatable airbags in the seats, pump them up to the max and they just grip you nice and you dont move anywhere  :cool:

My mate had a 11 plate 520d whilst sorting out his claim, he was told they get a really good deal on BMW's.

The guy that delivered it said they run them for 10mths and then sell them.

i was with admiral on a multicar policy. i've just bought a van so wont be buying another car for a year or so. Admiral dont insure vans so they cancelled it for me (twits)

I actually might start buying mk3s and writing them off.
That way I'll make profit, get a tidy courtesy car and there'll be less mk3s about!
