My petrol filler neck is very rusty - I think that the wee drain hole is clogged - have to blow it out with a mates airline this weekend.....
Anyhoo, I need to get it cleaned up before MOT this may, and doing it on the car is not an option as it'll drop nasty stuff into the tank so my question is this:
Can you get a new unleaded filler neck (the bit the petrol cap goes on) from the dealer or ECP or GSF or anyone?
And how easy is it to fit if you can get them?
Answers on a postcard.

I've changed one on a mk1 golf. It cost around £60 from GSF. On that, 3 screws by the petrol cap take the rear wheel off, undo the holding clip in the wheel arch and then undo the connection to the tank.well thats how its done on a mk1, not sure if it the same on a mk3. hope it helps
