Title: With the £250/£299 VW Service plan, do you get a receipt after the service?

With the £250/£299 VW Service plan you can buy when the cars new, do you get a receipt after the service or just the service book stamped?

I asked for the paper work when they did my first service they said they would post it to me,that was 11months ago and I'm still waiting :rolleyes: I shall remind them of this on the next visit for the second service.

I got a receipt of sorts, but not a full blown sheet detailing all the work that was undertaken.

I got my book stamped but that was all. I like to keep paperwork for my cars so would have liked something.
3 months ago now but maybe i should ask for something?

I had the service book stamped and two printed sheets of what they had checked. The service manager went through each item with me. Most impressed.  :smiley:
