Title: Alloy wheel fitment
Post by: allycat on 11 June 2011, 06:05
Hi

I have purchased a set of 4 motion mk four rims for my car, 16x7" and 5x112 stud pattern.
These wheels have an offset of ET45. HOw can i make these fit on my MK3 golf gti 16V. Can i just get a mk4 hub replacements or will i have to changethe barkes aswell?
Thanks

Just run 15mm adaptors to switch 5x100 to 5x112

As Wayne says, just use adaptor. I'd be tempted to run 15mm front & 20mm rear to bring them flush with the rear arches

Thinking about it, that is not a bad idea to run 20mm on the back :afro:
