Title: Induction filter tip 'different' *pic included*
Post by: s-l-i-x on 09 June 2011, 13:02
I ordered a replacement filter for my induction kit as the old one was rusted and was dirty and got this replacement in the post.

The cone is normal but at the end there is some netting type stuff. It doesnt look like it will let much through but was wondering if this is safe? The original had the cone type material at the bottom too but this one is different..

Sorry about the bad pic, but all I could manage with just an arm under the bumper.

Its just a hole with that grill type thing over it. Then just straight through to the intake pipe. The only usual filter material is round the outside of the mushroom... Strange..
