how much does tracking and alignment roughly cost ? and topping up air con? is the tracking a labour intensive thing?

Go to a place that has the proper equipment for your tracking

Costs start at around £40 and the more if adjustments are required.

An aircon recharge is about £30 +  look out for offers from your local dealer for this  :wink:  or take it to an aircon specialist

Had just front wheels laser tracked/alligned and that was £32, think it was another £10 to all four tracked.......

Sorry cant help with regass, not done that but think have seen advertised for about £30-40......

£25 for laser tracking..£40-60 for aircon depending were you go.
