I was looking at this golf on the bay, and was wandering if anyone knows what the bellows type black pipe was for by the dip stick. Its the one going from the engine to the slam panel on engine bay pic :huh:

Its a bodge of a top hose, funnily enough, that car is almost identical to mine, right down to that hose!! wasn't on there long, I can tell you!

Never even thought about the radiator top hose, what a dick i am :embarassed: :rolleyes: :huh:

Its a repair pipe, we sell them at ecp (to the rac) and it may point to past problems.

It is a universal / repair type of top hose.
