so the passengerside front jacking point can really be used anymore as its had it,
is there anything i can use to plug the cracks around it? as obviously come winter that will just let everything in and the last thing i want is for rust to set in etc
so any suggestions as to whats best to use to fill / seal it

you got a pic so we can see how bad it is ?? cant you save up and get a welders to sort it out so you 'do' have a jacking point ??
-
Coat it all with Burst. Then use some filler. If there is a hole use a bit of metal plate on the other side of the hole to cover. Then apply filler. Bit of a bodge but works if you aren't welding.

yer BBT do replacement parts might be worth a shot.. then you can cut the old one out and then all your mate need to do is literally weld new one in..

Been looking on BBT at this page
http://www.vwh2o.com/vw.cfm?parts=Chassis%2DRepair%2DPanels&act=page.render&pageID=756&lang=EN&country=GB (http://www.vwh2o.com/vw.cfm?parts=Chassis%2DRepair%2DPanels&act=page.render&pageID=756&lang=EN&country=GB)
Now the front repair floor pannel doesnt state 'jacking point' where as on the second page the rear repair pannel does say 'jacking point' repair pannel
anyone ordered this bit before? im going to drop BBT a maill to check as well
