Title: Door Jammed !!!

Mk 2 16v 3 Door 1986/D
For some reason the passenger door wont open, key locks and unlocks but you pull the handle and nothing.
Ive tried opening it from the inside but still nothing. Any ideas as i dont want to break anything trying to open it??????
