Title: Water Leak!!!

Took out my rear quarter interior trim panel yesterday, as it was raining i noticed small drops of water dripping what appears to be from below the side-window seal and into the cavity area hidden by the trim panel.
is it most likely to be the window seal, and if so what are my options to rectify??
as always any help be much appreciated.
