Title: Will these fit and what one?

hey i have a normal golf mk4 SE but i want to make it have the same look as a GTI kinnda thing anyway i will be adding a small roof spoiler just wondering are they easy to fit and will the ones i have actually fit? what one of the two would you guys go for??

yeah was thinking that myself so will that one defo fit on a standed mk4?
