Title: Golf Exterior Trim?

hey guys just got my 1st golf just wondering if the ugly black exterior trim can be replaced and have the colored trim (silver)

Just by looking at the pics i would guess that all GTI's have the colour coded trim, where the non GTI golfs have the black trim!

find a golf the same colour thats breaking or take them off and spray.....
