Title: What cat should I get?
Post by: ashbreed on 04 June 2011, 16:49
Ive got a 8v gti, 2e engine code. Basically my existing cat rattles like a meracker! Sounds pooop! Basically I need a new one but they're are so many different ones to buy and they don't look like the one That's currently fitted. Just need to know if any cat will fit?

Also would a 16v or VR6 cat fit? I know they're a bigger bore but will they fit with correct adaptors?

And finally how much will I get if I weigh the old one in?

Cheers!
