Title: Fan not kicking in

My fan ent kicking, I have replaced the thermostat and the temperature sensor and it still don't kick in any one know what could be the problem?

Mine doesnt come on either, engine temp never goes above normal so not too worried about it but would like to know whats wrong with it :P

its a small box screwed underneath the metal shelf the battery sits on. £117 from VW or about £15-20 from a scrappies.
