Title: Help!!! pretty pretty please

I currently own a golf gti mark2 8v  which i adore!!!   But my friend is desperately trying to find a 16v but we are really struggling to find one, let alone in good condition or at the right price!   I am sure you all know how it is!! Any advice anyone could give on places to look etc would be very very much appreciated!

have you tried e-bay?always one or two on there.that's where i had my 16valver :wink:

Classfied ads in the back of the usual magazines (golf+, pvw, vw driver) have some cracking motors in them.
