Hi,
i got a mk3 golf gti 2.0 16v and for some reason when i press the breaks it vibrates it feels like it geting stiff :O

You checked your discs & pads? Could be a warped disc or a shot pad :undecided:

at high or low speed?
or all the time?

o sh!t that so came out wrong LOL!,
i checked the pads there fine and i checked the disc's there fine :O :laugh:
@ iyrix, it comes and goes when im doing about 70 then brake it gets abit stiff n judders first, and when im at 30 coasting n press it slightly it vibrates

Sounds like a ABS fault causing it to kick in intermittently.

Sounds like a ABS fault causing it to kick in intermittently.
+1 I had a similar thing recently and it was an ABS sensor. Get it on a vagcom

Warped discs
Badly balanced wheels
Worn bushes in the lower arms
ABS fault
These are all things you should check.

ahhh bastard vagcom doesn't connect for some bizzarre reason ,
and YES I DO KNOW HOW TO SPELL, it's just i was in rush and i could be bothered to type brakes instead i typed break lol
and yes the handbrake was fully down, :|

Doesn't explain the fail at pedal? If you was in a rush, why did you write a longer wrong word :tongue:
And besides, break and brake are the same length, didn't really save you much time :laugh: :laugh:
