Could hydraulic pullers be used to "press" the bush out?
Trying to get everything ready to do the job.
Need an eazi bleed and some brake fluid also.
And VRS bushes from the hundereds of other threads yes?

+1 brute force and blood
-
blowtorch will be the easiest way... just heat them up proper and then they should easily come out
-
Nice
Think il hit coilies, bushes and top mounts all at once!
-
blow torch will melt the rubber but you'll need to cut the shells with a hacksaw to get them out afterwards
All I can say is... good luck

I didnt find them too bad to do when I replaced mine, although I was on a 2 poster ramp, apart from usual tools to take everything off, to get the bush out I used threaded bar and 2 large sockets as a puller to get the old bushes in and out, had to chisel one outer casing out but wasn't really a struggle. Going to do them again soon and replace with polybushes
-
im polybushing aswell soon.
Going with hacksaw method and big hammer and drift..
-
Smashing the middle out of the bush first with a large punch and larger hammer makes it very easy! lol

had my rear beam bushes done locally by Corten-millars (near skeggy), £155 all in with powerflex bushes.
I did the front ones myself, not to bad but a bit of a pain getting the wishbones back in, bit of brute force and a big hammer does the job!
