Title: [b]Fusebox wireing problem[/b]

i replaced my fusebox because it was a mess, now that its all wired up i dont have some electrics, wipers, washers(rear aswell), fog lights, heated rear window and the heater motor.

I noticed two wires coming out of the fusebox one black and one blue/gray any idea where they might go, could this be the problem?
