Title: Vento front ends like or hate
Post by: carpetviper on 31 May 2011, 21:36: Ok I have donned my flame proof suit.

But am I the the only person in the world who hates the vento front end it makes the golf look like a Renault 9

I just dont get it at all :sick:

Post by: tdi_blu on 31 May 2011, 22:13: Vento front ends look ace on mk3s and its such a simple cheap mod to do that has a big impact on your car.I do think that a lot depends on the theme of your car to carry it off though as in wheels,colour and stance etc but either way its a a great look I still have one tucked up in my garage but cant part with my Hella quads which are as common as sh!t :grin:

The same can't be said for Golf fronts on Ventos which always look bad :grin:. One of two cars I've seen online pull it off but would still look better with Vento fronts :lipsrsealed:

Post by: chiefwhosm on 02 June 2011, 16:43: My own opinion is that it's the grill which makes or breaks the vento front end look. So I like the look of some I've seen, but not others :)

I'd quite like to have done it to my diesel, but all the auctions etc I see for front ends are incredibly expensive/won't ship to Scottish Highlands & Islands (no scrapyards round here ;) - being flat broke doesn't help either of course :D )
