Title: GTi 16V - Brakes locked up

Hi

On the way from work yesterday i was driving rather ethusiatically and coming off a slip road in 3rd gear at about 5Rpm and was breaking hard, all off a sudden when the car rev came down to 3Rpm the car like almost stalled. The revs dropped from 3Rpm to 1Rpm and the brakes loacked up after this :undecided: So i am confused, any ideas what this could be?

Get the car jacked up and check the brakes? Could be a seized caliper or sliders,
