Title: getting my car scanned

I have a couple of issues that seem to come and go on my 1.8t and have read about scanning the car to find fault codes. How much does this generally cost from a vw garage or I presume other places can also scan the car? Unless someone in Norwich who has one would like to scan it for me to tell me how many things are wrong with the car!  :wink: :wink: :wink:

ok that sounds like a plan to me. So will these things tell me pretty much anything that could be wrong with my car?

Very helpful with everything electrical or with a sensor plugged into it..
