Hi all, I need some advice if you dont mind.

Ive just purchased a SS Manifold and Exhaust from ebay but having trouble fitting it as they dont meet up properly.

Anyone know where I can get the part to match them up as im stumped.

Cheers

Sounds daft but was the exhaust for a 16v? i notice the mani was for an 8v? if so there as an adaptor you can get to mate them up, not sure where though?

They are all for an 8v so i dont think i need a reducer.

Fitted it all up  now and its as if there is a whole pipe missing where the cat would go.

Is there a pipe i can buy or do you have to get one made up?

You will need to get a pipe made up, the manifold has lost the link pipe at some point.

Get a flexi joint, loads on ebay, to allow for some movement and help prevent a broken manifold. Add a bit of pipe to that if its not possible to get a long enough flexi.

ive had this exact manifold, fitted it last weekend. you will need to weld a flexi pipe on to the flange that connects to the manifold.

Cheers for the info. How much did it cost you to get done? did you do it yourself or garage?
