Title: Bit of a cock up!!

Hi, i dont know if anyone can help but i really hope so. I've just rebuilt my golf mk2 1.8 8v engine, it's on a G plate, top car, :smiley:. I took loads of pic's befor i stripped it down but somehow i'v lost them, dont ask :embarassed:. well the problem i have is the position of the spark plug leads from the distributor cap the the cylinders, i'm such a burk and feel really embarassed that i dont know this, if anyone could help it would be fantastic. :smiley:

ok pal here goes firing order is 1/3/4/2 so as the spark plug closest to the disi cap"right side as you look at it from the front" is 1that lead goes on bottom of disi cap then work clockwise next 3 then 4 then 2 :kiss:
