Title: Brake/clutch pedal clip question

Morning ladies n gents :)

Just wondering, with the little White clips that go on the back of the 2 pedals to connect the servo/ clutch cylinder.... What is the best way of attaching them? To the pedal first or to the servo and cylinder first then clip in place??
