Title: Heater matrix gone
Post by: neil1780 on 25 May 2011, 19:22
I know I'm going to have to remove my dash to replace but would some rad weld fix it temporary and would anyone recommend it?

Thing is I want to do an engine conversion at some point in the near future, so I can do this at the same time as the loom.

Personally i wouldn't want to be driving that car with a bodged heater matrix, i kinda like my face without burns.

If you want a temp fix, as its summer you can bypass the heater matrix. Two 90 degree elbows, a couple of hose clips and some pipe at the heater inlet in the engine bay.
