i have the standard dual headlights on my mk3 and im looking to spray round the outside and inbetween the bulbs like most of you guys on here e.g DOM069 with the red mk3 gti .......just wondering if any1 could post some step by step instructions how to do it ........can u use normal spray paint ect..... any help would be great thanks :smiley:

Dom has also used black Lamin-x tint.
I've used fly eye kit on mine:

I'm sure he will be flattered.
In maintainence and info there's a "how to joey mod headlights".
Dom's done that, plus used tinting film over the glass to achieve his look.

It is, but i would still paint it on with a brush. Just get the lid and cover it with tinfoil then spray some paint into it, then use a brush :)

Here Bellend describes how to remove them.
Grille comes off with clips which you can use a flathead to unclip. Then 4 bolts to remove the headlights, 8mm i think?

Yellow lights? is that just a tinting film?
Where do you get it from really want to do the vr.

CHEERS TO ALL PEOPLE (ESPECIALLY VR6_Wherry top man haha) WHO HAVE HELPED ......DONE THEM 2DAY LOOK beltin.........jst need to tint the glass now n get some pics up .....NEWAY CHEERS ALL

Yellow fogs can also be done with painting them, I did mine with stained glass paint from ebay.
