I had the reps of these in 17s mate at one point. The chrome shiney stuff basicly flaked off eventually with ageing and they easily kerbed or got marked. Looked good though when they weren't knackered :P think a guy on here Wazzzer has 18" Gen Monza's on his now, have a look for his Project page.

Steve they aint so bad, if u lower it they would look better imo. I think the mk4 or mk5 R32 alloys look best on your colour.

you need reps to fit straight on. There are loads of late mk5 R32 replica rims on ebay

Are all the reps poor quality  :undecided:

mine seem fine, weighed the same without tyres as genuine mk5 Monzas too

The white worm that was on mine seems to happen to any diamond cut wheel, just look at the santa monicas if they aren't looked after

Not personally a fan of the mk5 gti alloy monza wheels on the mk4, just deosnt go imo, go for r32 reps or rs4/rs6 reps

my rs8's had the white worm too, again diamond cut.

Didnt like the mk5 monza's on mk4's to be honest, but after seeing them in the flesh (indigo blue example above  ) can say they look pretty damn cool

Also worth noting that Wazzzers are the MK6 style "shadow" Monzas which do look quite nice. Never used to like them on the MK4 but they are growing on me.

Dull and done to death them wheels ^

IMO the best wheels for a MK4 are BBS LMs

or BBS CHs

(reps obviously as the LMs at least cost a small fortune for genuine ones)

LMs have to be 19s to pull it off IMO
