Start with unplugging everything that you need to, then unbolt from gearbox and support her whilst undoing the mounts then lift and decide which clutch is in best condition. Replace all engine mounts with driver, g60 and standard (or whatever the preffered combo is) and then wap it all back together

Easy enough to do  I would be tempted to fit a new clutch whilst it is all apart.

Is easy mate dont take long at all.. just mark up each thing you unplug so it can be fitted much quicker.. (i dont do this so it takes me forever but more fun)   Could easily do it in a day just get up early and off you go.. maybe rent a engine lift for the day to save time

take injectors out and put them into jars and see if they all spray, if they do then look to electrics have you checked all plugs are sparking? recheck static timing and ignition timing . was dizzy new or secondhand? check hall sender and wiring

all plugs firing nice and strong.
will do injectors tom morning dose it matter what order i take them out . what should i be looking 4 ie spray pat ect.

with all in jars they should all spray in iirc an oval pattern. correct way to do this is to bridge pump relay and lift metering flap. it could be  a meteringhead issue whereby fuel is not getting to an injector.
next course is changing injector or mh but really you need to get a guage to test fuel pressures to tell you whats really wrong.
use the search mate thats what i did to find out my problems

it was a brand new dist unit costing way over the bloody odds for it  but needs must.
car seems to be a bit of a money pit at the mo.

look mate its something straightforward but you need to do the basic checks to see the direction to go in. on a plus point you now have a spare 16v engine to play with to rebuild/tune to possibly be a monster
