What are the benfits to fitting one of these  as i have a standard 1.8 t aug 1999 model  would i notice any difference or just a waste of money cheers

lol sorry I'm getting confused with n249 and n112, was reading up about n75 as well at the time I was doing all this stuff but decided to keep it wasn't worth the hassle removing it

next time I'll think before I post  :embarassed:

N75 is your boost controller, dont want to be removing that   :lipsrsealed:

when doing the bypass what does the n112 do? as i bypassed the n249 but not the n112..... should i do this too???  :laugh:

n112 is stuff to do with the secondary air injection, which basically heats the cat up faster so it gets to operating temperature more quickly. I removed all the SAI related stuff when removing n249 to tidy up the engine and give me more room. Apparently it only makes a difference in the first 15-20 secs of engine running anyway

oh right cool, wont be doing that yet!!!

was just a worry teeing off the fpr to the dv, but i might change it and tee into the pipe pre n112 valve??!!!

Do all the mk4's have SAI i thought it was only the AUM engine code and AUQ (180?)
