Anyone got a pic of a Gti with the centre section of the rear bumper painted but otherwise standard? i.e Sideskirts not painted etc. Tried searching and looking but no joy.

mate of mine did that lower bit same colour as car - looks good. no pic though.

hi !! im thinking of doing that myself !! iv wonderd what it would look like !! coz im a sprayer, i might just clip it off,and spray it somtime this week ! if i do i will upload a pic straight away . :smiley:

Awesome, I used to be a sprayer but now work as a gas engineer. Got a weeks holiday coming up so going into my mates bodyshop to tinkle. Thinking of doing this but not sure if it would look strange without doing sideskirts etc.

Kalpsn2000 - Any colour would do, just can't seem to find any!! Im in a Laser Blue though  :cool:

Just to clarify, Im meaning just the top and centre sections of the rear bumper, keeping the lowest mid section black..

well im on about the rear bumper lower section !! the piece thats the lower half of the three section bumper !!!!!!!!!! :sad:
