Title: Alpine Xda305 ... anyone know how to take the fascia apart?

hey guys,
basically the removal fascia (the buttons only bit) needs a clean as the buttons are sticking badly but the centre wheel is preventing me from splitting the back and front apart, have had a little go but worried it will break if i force it too much, any ideas?
