Title: No HU power after new engine?

Since having a new engine put in my mk2 8valve the power lead that connects to the loom on the rear of the head unit no longer has any power? All electrics

are totaly standard, has something not been put back together properly?

No Music, help!!

does the heater blower work and all the other electrics?

checked the fuse behind the headunit itelf? checked the fuse in the fusebox?

u could allways run a cable straight from the battery??
thats wot i did with latest alpine h.unit :wink:
