My motorhome is a lhd.
Best option for a vehicle that has no intention of overtaking.
BTW great for pulling out on "command position Landrovers" 10ft of white aluminium puts them in their place.

Lots on the continent and pretty cheap in Eastern Europe.

Very handy for kerb crawling.
I guess Nosher finds that useful too being as he has a bedroom behind his front seats; saves his elderly legs no end.
The only trouble with LHD in the UK is then you come up against parking barriers and drive-thu's.

If this works..then thanks to Doc...

Very nice :) Just need the R rear LEDs now :)
-
yes, they would be very nice, but its a lease car so I wont be sinking my own money into it. I have other car 'projects' that are perfectly good at soaking up all my available cash...

Get them posted :)
I've got a Seat Leon Cupra, and nobody complains too much that this is a VW forum :smug:

well, my unwitting 'project' has become this 993 turbo S (apologies for crappy photo) which I bought in January. I knew it needed some TLC but I didnt expect it would need more financial investment in 4 months than Allied Irish Bank... One of the turbos blew up (not my fault ) and it started smoking worse than Dot Cotton,. It was off the road 6 weeks while both turbos went to Belgium for repair...anyway, it is fixed now but to be honest the Golf's performance is just as entertaining, more accessible and more relevant in the city/motorway setting - even without the LED lights... In fact, I recently took the Golf to a HARC (Dutch motoring club) day at Zandvoort at the invitation of a HARC mate who usually races a Golf diesel over here. The two of us came 1st/2nd in the slalom race in my Gti beating 997 turbo, Caterham and Ferrari 599. Unbelievable. I dont think I am such a good driver. I think the car has Herbie genes...
