Well after 15 years of 8V git ownership I am attempting to get the brakes to work -280mm disks and associated calipers and hangers. The problem is that I have a set of 15inch 5 hole wheels.
The question is can they be fitted by using later hubs on the front – are the outer CVs compatible – early to late or does more need to be changed? Drive shafts – CVs etc
I donÂ’t want to have to use adapters or ditch the wheels.
I assume the rears are just a matter of new 5 hole disks?
Does anyone out there know?
Thanks

best bet is to get 16v hubs and g60 calipers and carriers that will give you 280mm and still retain 4 bolt. dont forget to get a 22mm master cylinder as well or your pedal travel will be massive!
however you can fit 5 bolt hubs no bother and yes the rears are just a disc change away from being 5 bolt

Just to be certain: the later hubs fit the 8V drive shafts?
Thanks for the help.
