As above, have hit the sump a couple of times standard, going for some coilies but donr knowbuy how much I
Should lower them, 35mm?
Advice, especially from fk owners appreciated.

Personally I'm going to go -30. Then when I get drop links or a uprater arb I'm going to go -40. And this is my only car so a daily driver.

Around 40mm really for a day to day car.

mines wound down about 45-55 mm i suppose on FK coils with eibach front arb.
daily driver on crap roads.

Mines a daily driver lowered 40mm with (18 40 235 tyres size) if it was to go any lower it wouldnt fit on r-tech rolling road!!!!

my dailys lowered 40mm all round and it rubs on multistorys and some speed bumps, only on 15s though and the front splitter is quite a bit lower than the rest of the car. I'm hoping 16s will be the answer

lol yeah sorry forgot I was in the mk4 section, its a 1.8t mk3 :cool: they are shockingly bad alloys though, D90's have been on my shopping list for a while :grin:
