yes I am :) conversion is already done using a universal fmic but its 65mm thick, so it touches the slam panel and cant be put where I want it which causes it to rub on the bumper and forces the splitter to sag, which is causing me to hit the floor in my works carpark :(

After the sprinter cooler as its only 30-35mm thick. Also need to measure up as the inlet/outlet will be pointing towards the engine instead of out the side like on the fmic

Ok cool

I am in the middle of doing a 1.8t conversion & I am going to use a intercooler off a a4 2.0tdi 2009, so far it looks like it will fit

I may check this one out as well, 65mm is only slightly too thick if I remember rightly but the merc sprinter is the only cooler I know thats thinner. Just not sure about the pipe fitment may have to do some investigating tonight :P

Thinking I may go for the VW LT van intercooler now, same as the Sprinter but comes in black, will go nicely with the theme of my car :)
