How much work is needed to be done to an AUM to reach more than 255bhp? Asking as I'm choosing my cat and need either 195-255bhp or 256-325bhp
cheers :)

Lots of work and money, I believe the smaller rated one will be ok.

Ko3/k04RS hybrid turbo
3" MAF
380cc injectors
225lph fuel pump
Milltek Turbp back exhaust
THS Front mount intercooler
R-Tech Custom remap
This setup should flow enough for aroud 270bhp 270lbft.

OK cheers looks like I'm in no danger of getting anywhere near that then lol

The safe max I can push the AUM trubo is around 242bhp 275lbft by using a cylinder wetting strategy and dumping fuel in at the top end to keep componet temps down. This mapping will see 1.4/1.5bar peak boost peak and needs to be ran on V-power fuel.
Once map correct it will be just as QUICK as a the 225BHP TT with a stage1 remap due the the ares under the curves.
