Title: High idle
Post by: James Q on 16 May 2011, 15:34
I'm sure this has been covered but couldnt find anything, baisicly my car has recantly started to idle high (1500rpm) ok when first started up will sit happily at 800/900rpm but when you start driving and come to a junction for example she'll sit at 1500, now is it just a case of turning the screw on the idle control valve so it idles lower?
Engine is 1.8 8v gti PB.
