Can someone please do me a favour and check which way round the alternator wires go on a non aircon 1.8t. As my engine is aircon but loom is non aircon so have different plugs I had to cut the plugs and join the wires together but not sure which way to put them. My alternator is dead and RAC guy said putting them the wrong way round could be enough to kill it and may be why it died. Obviously I dont wanna kill the new one as well :grin:
My plug is numbered 1 and 2, much appreciated cheers :)
