do genuines go on behind the wheel bolts?

The ones in the link say they're 1 piece, so they'll have to go on over the bolts.

The ones that I have on mine are separate (centre cap and 4 bolt covers), but they can still be taken off with the wheel bolts in place.

I think that answers your question?

Mine go on over the wheels and bolts (one piece) They where on my car when i got it though so got knows if they are genuine or not.
