does anyone know if a ko3s turbo from a octavia vrs will fit the agu ?

Yes,

you just need the forge tip and the top turbo outlet pipes from the k03s is its the later silenced version.

I've got myself a k03s to install on my agi. I'm currently looking for a second hand forge TIP before fitting but i wasn't aware of the top turbo outlet pipes needed...

Only on the silenced K03s from a late 2002/03 1.8t will you need the 90 bend top hose.  The unsilenced hose is too loose and will never tighten up correct without leaking or even popping off.
