Title: 16v kr head tightening sequence and torques / stages?

any one got any info on the above?? had a quick search but not finding what I'm looking for!

30nm 60nm 180 degree and as for the order, centre two and then work your way out diagonally, so say calling top left 1 and bottom right 10 it would be 5,6,3,8,4,7,1,10,2,9 i think
