Title: Side skirts query

Seen a few cheap side skirts on ebay from poland etc, but according to description, they fit both the 3dr and 5dr cars, how is this true???? And they also say some form of plastic material

anyone bought/fitted any? for teh price they seem good and id like skirts on mine in the future

i heard good reviews of one supplier on the mk4 forum i had nk tunning for my anni rep ones for my more door golf mk4 it was grp fibre glass reinforced plastic . it easier to get a good finish when painting but it does break at the lugs when reversing in the snow leaving it hanging off on one side lol

but i repaired mine with a little fiberglass in the back and some melted cable ties lol.
