this is the error i got when i popped the diagnostic tool on, does anyone have any idea what it is???

what exactly is that? im useless so would not know what that is, even if you said it belonged on a car haha

on the end of the silve fuel rail you will see it  youll need to pop the engine cover off an it has a vaccum pipe going into it
